Dog/s are welcome in the apartments, but not in the en-suite single and twin bedrooms, by prior arrangement.  We request that dog/s are kept quiet, not allowed on the furniture and beds, and not left unattended in the apartments.

Check-in time is between 2pm -6pm unless by prior arrangement.

Check –out time no later than 10 am.

We do not have parking available.  Parking is street parking.

No cots are available.

No extra beds are available.  The maximum number of people per apartment must not be exceeded

We reserve the right to evict any person or group of people deemed to have caused damage to property, nuisance, danger or abuse to any other guest or employee of Spa Holiday Apartments.  Compensation for lost accommodation shall not apply.  All such damage, including wet/soiled mattresses, must be reported and paid in full before departure.

When you book your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract.  If you are forced to cancel or cut short your holiday, for whatever reason, under the law you will be liable for any cancellation charges we have to make.  Our charges are full payment for the holiday for any cancellation received less than 7 days prior to arrival date.  In your own best interests, we strongly recommend that you take out Holiday & Cancelled Booking Insurance to safeguard your holiday.

Prices

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

1-bedroomed apartment (apartments 1,2 7 and 8).  The price of a 1-bedroomed apartment is £80- per night

Apartment 3 – 2^nd floor 2-bedroomed apartment sleeping 4.  £90- per night

Apartment 4 – Ground & 1st floor 2 bedroomed apartment, sleeping 5 – £120 – per night

Apartment 9 – Ground floor 2-bedroomed apartment sleeping 4.  £100 – per night.

En-Suite twin bedroom – £40 per night.

En-Suite single bedroom – £30 per night.

Keys must not be loaned to any person other than those occupying the relevant apartment.  If more than 1 key is required a deposit of £20- per key is required which will be refunded on return of the key.  Loss of keys will result in a £20- surcharge per key.

During busy periods & weekends there might be a minimum stay of 3 nights.
